Remember the days when people took pride in their jobs? Remember when excellent customer service was the norm for businesses? The owners and employees at Auto Detail StL have both (and more)!! They ALL were polite, respectful, professional, friendly and helpful. More importantly, Ryan and the workers there did a phenomenal job of making my 14 year old vehicle look brand new on the outside and inside. They made sure that was completely satisfied with the detail-not just content, but they wanted me to be ecstatic (and I was). I would recommend them to anyone who needs a thorough detail for that new car shine!
A good experience! I stopped by for an estimate and everyone was very friendly. Ryan who gave the estimate was thorough and obviously knows his business. He made sure he knew my expectations and I knew his. When I made the appointment and dropped it off they were expecting me. My van was completed on time (actually 45 mins early) and when I came in to pick it up Ryan insisted on going over it with me before I paid making sure my expectations were met. My van looks great. Nice to do business with good people.
Great customer service from Christopher, followed by exceptional work from Ryan and team! My motorcycle received ceramic coating and I look forward to having my other vehicle detailed.
